Governance & Leadership
Bantu Defend Dignity Uganda is a registered non-governmental organization operating under the laws of Uganda. Our governance structure is designed to ensure strict oversight, financial accountability, and strategic alignment with our mission.
Board of Directors
The organization is overseen by a Board of Directors, comprising professionals in law, social work, finance, and human rights. The Board provides strategic direction, approves annual budgets, and ensures compliance with national regulations and donor requirements.
Executive Leadership
Day-to-day operations are managed by the Executive Director, supported by a management team overseeing Programs, Finance, and Monitoring & Evaluation. This team ensures that interventions are effectively implemented on the ground and that resources are utilized efficiently.
Accountability
We maintain rigorous financial controls and undergo annual independent audits. Our financial policies are designed to meet international standards of transparency, giving our partners and donors confidence that their contributions directly support our mission of protecting human dignity.
